Technology for greater safety

From ABS to digital locks: you should feel safe when eBiking.

The Kiox display on an eBike indicates that the eBike is locked.

eBike Lock

eBike Lock is your free additional theft protection. Lock and unlock your eBike automatically using your phone or display as a digital key.

Bosch eBike ABS

The eBike ABS lets you brake more safely and reduces your risk of crashing over the handlebars or sliding away when braking. When the front wheel is on the verge of locking, it regulates the brake pressure. This keeps your eBike more stable and controllable in critical situations.

eBike Alarm

eBike Alarm is the premium service for even better theft protection with GPS tracking, notifications and alarm signals on the eBike.

“Only those who are safe and confident on the road, those familiar with their eBike and able to recognise and assess dangerous situations in good time, can enjoy the eBiking fascination with maximum confidence.”

Adjusting the bicycle brake

With an eBike, you move quickly, accelerating faster with the support of the electric motor than with a conventional bicycle. This makes it all the more important to have properly functioning brakes. The maintenance and repair of disc and hub brakes should be carried out by experts, but you can take care of small jobs on the rim brake yourself. Find out here which simple tricks you can use to check and adjust your bicycle brake.

The right framework

Better infrastructure for eBikers

Much that you cannot influence awaits you in traffic and on rides. Safer eBiking requires a better infrastructure and a well-developed network of cycle paths for cyclists.

We are committed to safer framework conditions and mutual understanding.
