Yes. Once the free trial or usage period has ended, Flow+ will be automatically renewed as a monthly or annual subscription unless you cancel. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the selected billing period.
Flow+ provides additional digital protection for your eBike battery, allows you to share your eBike with family and friends, analyse your ride data in greater detail and access additional map views. If you have a ConnectModule, you have an alarm on your eBike, you receive notifications on your smartphone, GPS tracking and a display showing your eBike battery's current charge level.
Flow+ is right for you if you want to add digital protection to your eBike, enjoy more detailed navigation, analyse your rides in greater detail or share your eBike with others. The premium services you can use depend on your eBike’s equipment. You can see the differences at a glance in the comparison table on this page.
Flow+ is assigned to your eBike Flow app account. You can manage up to six eBikes in your account and use the relevant premium services available for each one. The services available depend on the equipment of the relevant eBike.

The use of Flow+ is subject to a charge. When using Flow+, the General Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply.
BackThe Flow+ subscription is automatically renewed as long as you do not cancel it. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the subscription period you have selected. The Flow+ monthly subscription continues indefinitely after the first month has elapsed and can be cancelled any time thereafter with one month’s notice.

The annual fee remains payable in advance; in the event of cancellation, the portion of the fee already paid for the period no longer to be used will be refunded.
BackOnce the free trial period has ended, your subscription will be automatically renewed either annually at €39.99 or monthly at €4.99 – depending on which option you have chosen.
