To achieve this, we have taken various steps to reduce our product carbon footprint³. For one thing, we use approximately 40 percent recycled aluminum to make the drive unit housing. This has enabled us to save almost half of the CO₂ emissions needed for the housing⁴. Additionally, we use recycled plastic⁵ for some components in the drive unit, thereby supporting the circular economy.
