Why should I register my eBike?

If you want to make full use of all the functions of the eBike Flow app, such as digital theft protection with eBike Lock or updates over-the-air, you need to register your eBike. If your eBike is registered to you, you link your eBike to your account so that only you can use it. This allows you to assign your eBike exclusively to your account.

By registering your eBike, the most important information about your eBike is linked to your account, saved in the settings of the eBike Flow app and stored in the eBike pass.

The following functions are only available once your eBike has been registered:

• eBike Lock: automatic locking and unlocking of your eBike using your phone or display as a key
• Updates over-the-air: Download the latest updates and functions for your eBike and keep it up to date.
• Digital service book: Service appointments and maintenance by your specialist dealer at a glance
• eBike pass: The most important information and documents for your eBike easily accessible in one place
• Theft report: In the event of theft, you can create a document with all the important information about the incident for the police.
