It's finally here! The update that many of our riders have been wanting for a long time: the eBike Flow app is now your digital garage. Manage up to six eBikes and switch back and forth between them with ease. Discover the new features and other improvements of the eBike Flow app version 1.26 now.¹

One account – multiple eBikes: the eBike Flow app is your digital garage.

Whether it's a ride with the gravel eBike on the weekend or picking up the kids with the cargo eBike – do you have several eBikes for different situations? From now on, the eBike Flow app will be your digital garage – you can add up to six eBikes to your account. A new function on the home screen allows you to manage all your eBikes.

This is how it works: when you have connected your first eBike to the eBike Flow app, a new button appears in the top left-hand corner of the home screen. This will take you to the overview, where you can manage all your eBikes. Give your eBikes custom names to make it easier to tell them apart. In the eBike Flow app settings, you can define your own name using the pencil icon.

To make full use of all the functions of the eBike Flow app, like digital theft protection with eBike Lock or updates over-the-air, you'll need to register each of your eBikes. You can continue to use all your usual functions. The different configurations of your eBikes will be stored for you.

If you want to evaluate your ride data, just note that the information on the home screen relates to the currently selected eBike. But your activities, which you can find under Statistics, are linked to your account and relate to your rides no matter which eBike you used.

You can also use our Flow+ premium services with all your eBikes. Do you want to experience the full scope of Flow+? For eBike Alarm or the current charge level, a ConnectModule must be installed on the respective eBike. You can easily check whether your selected eBike is equipped with it in the eBike Flow app: just go to the gear icon > eBike Pass > Components.

All the important settings can be accessed even faster

We improve the eBike Flow app with every update, so it's even easier for you to use. The latest adjustments: You can now find all eBike-related settings in the home screen at the top right behind the gear icon. There you can personalize your eBike as usual or adapt your riding modes to your individual needs. Your profile settings, including the options for Flow+, can now be found at the bottom right of your screen under "Profile".

Is your eBike equipped with the eShift electric gear shifting solution with TRP? Then you can now add the TRP shifter as a component in your eBike pass in the eBike Flow app. With the eBike pass, you can keep track of all the important information about your eBike – so you always have all the data at your fingertips.

Adjust the traction control to your riding style now – for more control on technical sections. You can switch the Drivetrain Tensioner on and off for each riding mode, and with Trick Check, recorded tricks remain visible for longer. The remaining charging time for your battery appears on your display while you are charging.

With this update, you can fine-tune your setup for noticeably more precise control on the trail. You manage Extended Boost in the eBike Flow app, while Drivetrain Tensioner transforms your power into propulsion. The eBike Assistant answers your questions, and eShift lets you skip multiple gears at once.

The trail becomes a challenge, the route an adventure. The new Trick Check function automatically recognises your tricks, shows them on your display and saves them in the eBike Flow app. You can now also see your heart rate data and save your favourite places as favourites. We are also expanding the eShift portfolio.

After you have downloaded the new version of the eBike Flow app, update your eBike with the smart system using the eBike Flow app. This way you can take advantage of all the features and improvements we have listed here. When doing this, please make sure that all components are attached to your eBike before you update it.
