So that every mile becomes an experience, the eBike Flow app offers you route planning, navigation, and activity tracking that’s just made for you. Together with strong partners and artificial intelligence. So that you stay in the flow – before, during, and after the ride.

Navigation gets you places. But why not also enjoy the journey? This is ensured by a clear route display, precise turn-by-turn directions, and fast rerouting. These enable a modern navigation experience, whether with a display, a phone on the handlebar, or via voice-based navigation.

With the eBike Flow app, you can plan your next Tour perfectly: Customize the route with map details and route profile to suit your needs – or import existing ones from komoot or via GPX.

Tailored to your trip

Choose the route profile that suits your riding situation: "Leisure" for nature lovers on flat terrain and bike paths. "Daily" for fast, bike-friendly routes directly from A to B. "eMTB" takes you off-road on unpaved routes and trails.

Keep the overview

Map details show you additional information on the map. You can choose which you want to see. "eBike Heatmap" displays frequently traveled routes. "Satellite" view provides better orientation. With "MTB Trails," trails are displayed with their different levels of difficulty. You will be less distracted with the dark version of the map.

If you link the eBike Flow app with your komoot account, you can transfer routes between the apps and share your rides with the community.

Set the range of your eBike yourself

With the eBike Flow app, you can see how much remaining battery capacity you would have at your destination in the respective riding mode. You can also use "Range Control" to select what battery level you want to arrive with. During the journey, the support of the drive unit is adjusted so that the desired remaining range is guaranteed on arrival.

Customized planning

Our route planning operates with artificial intelligence that learns from your previous journeys. This allows us to suggest customized routes with a precisely calculated arrival time.

Smartphone as display

With the SmartphoneGrip you can also use the ride screen in portrait format. It shows you important ride data such as speed, duration, distance and battery charge status. It also offers full navigation with 3D map display, with turn-by-turn directions via sound or voice output.

Precise navigation with Kiox 300, Kiox 400C or Kiox 500

The free, easy to use navigation function for Kiox 300, Kiox 400C and Kiox 500 gets you to your destination even better. If you start navigation in the eBike Flow app, your display will automatically take over the route, guide you precisely with turn-by-turn directions, and show you all junctions. If you’re a Flow+ subscriber, you will get even more map details.

Navigate flexibly

Use the Quick Menu to navigate flexibly while riding or stop active navigation. This keeps you flexible without having to stop.

Calculation meets adventure: A graph visualizes the elevation profile of your current ride on your display or ride screen. This means you can always see which ascents and recovery phases are ahead.

Keeping a close eye on your pulse

Keeping a close eye on your pulse: You can connect your heart rate monitor or Apple Watch to your eBike and track your heart rate on your display while you ride. Your heart rate is recorded for optimum analysis – you can find it in your statistics in the eBike Flow app.

When you set off, the eBike Flow app automatically records your ride data and, if you wish, automatically syncs it with Strava or Apple Health. You can analyze your tour and fitness data in the statistics and export it as a GPX file or in FIT format. Flow+ gives you access to more statistics on your ride.

Flow+ is the subscription service for eBikes with the smart system that are equipped with a ConnectModule – and provides added smart navigation. Only the Flow+ subscription gives you access to the premium services "Current charge level," "Extended navigation," and "Additional statistics."* This allows you to plan routes even more relaxed, with additional navigation features, and the ability to analyze your rides in more detail.
