Solution steps
Switch your eBike on and leave it switched on for at least 45 minutes in order to charge the internal battery of the ConnectModule. Make sure to switch your eBike back on if it has automatically switched off due to low battery. Ensure that the ambient temperature is between 15 and 35 °C. If the problem persists, please contact your specialist dealer.
