Operating and storage temperature

For the drive unit and display components, the operating temperature is 23°F (-5°C) to 104°F (+40°C) and the storage temperature is 50°F (-10°C) to 104°F (+40°C). The battery should be stored at room temperature.

Storing the battery in winter

For longer periods of storage we recommend:

• Store the battery with a charge level of 30-60%.
• Store the battery at room temperature, in a dry room.
• Do not store the battery near flammable or combustible objects.
• Store the battery in a room fitted with a working smoke detector.

The eBike can generally be turned on using the control unit even if it isn't used for 6 months or more. Alternatively, you can also switch the eBike on using the charged eBike battery (see the operating instructions of your particular eBike battery).
