Requirements

• The ConnectModule can only be used in conjunction with the eBike Alarm service in the eBike Flow app. eBike Alarm is part of the Flow+ subscription model and is subject to a charge after a 12-month trial period (in-app purchase).
• The ConnectModule can only be used with an eBike of the smart system.
• To work well, the ConnectModule must have both GPS reception and cellular connectivity.
• To be able to send alarm notifications and location updates, the ConnectModule needs an internet connection via a cellular network. If your eBike is moved a lot and the ConnectModule cannot connect to the Internet, it will try to connect until reception is available.
• An internet connection is required when activating and deactivating eBike Alarm in the eBike Flow app. If eBike Alarm is set up, the function is automatically active as soon as you switch off your eBike. No internet connection is required for this.
