My recorded tour contains straight lines, for routes where I was not connected to the eBike (e.g. car ride) – why?

For example, your tour contains the car trip if activity tracking was already started on the way to the car before the tour. During the car ride, there is no Bluetooth connection between eBike Flow app and your eBike. As a result, the trip is displayed as a straight line connecting the start and end points of the car trip. We recommend that you leave your eBike turned off on the way to your car.

If you need to turn on the eBike on the way to the car and the distance is more than 200 meters:

  1. Finish the activity tracking before loading the eBike into the car.
  2. Delete the short trip from your statistics afterward.
