In this three-part video series, Bob Harper, the personal trainer and fitness guru invites us into his home, where he offers his take on healthy living and what it means to be truly balanced. “Add different things into your routine and I really do think you’re going to come out ahead,” Harper says.
 
Harper is a longtime bike rider who recently discovered the joy (and benefits) of electric pedal-assist bicycles. He’s also known for his dedication to working out and a philosophy of everyday movement. “The best thing about eBikes,” he says, “is this: You can work out as hard as you want—or not!”.

In this video series, Harper is riding a Tern Vektron equipped with the Bosch Active Line Plus drive system.
