The battery of your control unit is flat.
If this occurs repeatedly, it may be necessary to replace the internal battery of the control unit.
Solution steps
Charge the internal battery of the control unit for at least 45 minutes. To do so, connect your eBike either to the charger or to an external power bank. The internal battery is also charged automatically during the journey – take it for a spin. Please ensure that the ambient temperature is between 15 and 35 °C. If the problem persists, please contact your specialist dealer.
