New function for the eBike Flow app makes your eBike worthless to thieves

Presented exclusively at the CES in Las Vegas: Mark eBike as stolen

Imagine a world where eBikes are no longer stolen – because it's not worth it. A world where you can park your eBike and relax. Whether you want to prevent theft, deter thieves or get your stolen eBike back: our eBike systems offer you first-class theft protection. Now we are adding a new function to our portfolio which we presented exclusively at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas: Mark eBike as stolen. If your eBike is stolen, you can mark it digitally and make it obvious that it has been stolen. This increases your chances of getting your eBike back.

Note: The "Mark eBike as stolen" function will be available soon – with the upcoming update of the eBike Flow app.

Warning about stolen eBike and what to do next.

Invisible to thieves. Visible to everyone.

If thieves steal your eBike, you can mark it as stolen in the eBike Flow app with just a few taps on your phone screen. This increases your chances of getting your eBike back. At the same time, it makes it unattractive for thieves to steal your eBike. Because as soon as someone tries to connect to your eBike, for example when it is sold on, it is immediately identifiable as a stolen eBike. This applies, for example, to eBike dealers, other eBike Flow app users or second-hand buyers. If your eBike battery is stolen, you can also mark it as stolen as an individual component.

New features for the eBike Flow app – Version 1.38

Adjust the traction control to your riding style now – for more control on technical sections. You can switch the Drivetrain Tensioner on and off for each riding mode, and with Trick Check, recorded tricks remain visible for longer. The remaining charging time for your battery appears on your display while you are charging.

New features for eBike Flow app and the smart system – Version 1.36

With this update, you can fine-tune your setup for noticeably more precise control on the trail. You manage Extended Boost in the eBike Flow app, while Drivetrain Tensioner transforms your power into propulsion. The eBike Assistant answers your questions, and eShift lets you skip multiple gears at once.

The trail becomes a challenge, the route an adventure. The new Trick Check function automatically recognises your tricks, shows them on your display and saves them in the eBike Flow app. You can now also see your heart rate data and save your favourite places as favourites. We are also expanding the eShift portfolio.
