Data at your fingertips

The eBike Flow app uses the data stored in your eBike pass to create a theft report with a live tracking link. You can then immediately forward this to the police or your insurance provider.

Worthless to thieves

If the ConnectModule is removed, the motor support will remain disabled and the battery locked. The eBike thus loses its value for thieves – a clear advantage over conventional GPS trackers.

Worry-free parking

Precise sensors in the ConnectModule recognise whether your eBike is only touched or moved slightly. With eBike Alarm, it responds to an attempted theft with alarm sounds and light signals to deter would-be thieves.

Immediate information

If the ConnectModule detects an attempted theft, the eBike Flow app will send a notification to your smartphone and automatically start GPS tracking.

Find your eBike again

If your eBike is stolen, the ConnectModule continuously records its location. In the eBike Flow app, you can see its position live on the map and quickly locate your eBike.

Precise tracking

The ConnectModule (BCM3101) uses Bluetooth® Low Energy in addition to GPS and sends a signal with a unique Bluetooth identifier (Bluetooth® ID).

Planning in comfort

The ConnectModule transmits the current charge level for your battery to the eBike Flow app. This way, you can see when your eBike is ready and can make the best possible preparations for your next ride.

Built to last for many years

Your ConnectModule stays reliable and ready for use. This is because the ConnectModule has an integrated battery (BCM3101) which can be easily replaced by a specialist dealer, if necessary.

The ConnectModule can easily be retrofitted, provided that the manufacturer has prepared the eBike. It can now also be mounted directly on the frame of the eBike. A sturdy mount with special screws ensures that everything is firmly attached and stays permanently in place.

Flow+ is the subscription service for eBikes with the smart system that are equipped with a ConnectModule – and provides added smart security. Only with the Flow+ subscription do you obtain access to the eBike Alarm premium service. This way, you can give your eBike even better protection against theft.

What is the ConnectModule?

The ConnectModule from Bosch eBike is a permanently installed eBike GPS tracker for digital theft protection. On the inside, GPS, mobile communications and motion sensors all work together. A paid Flow+ subscription is required to be able to utilise the full range of ConnectModule functions. The ConnectModule forms the technical basis - and Flow+ brings it to life within the eBike Flow app. This gives you full digital theft protection that actively secures your eBike and helps you find it again should it be stolen.

How does the ConnectModule protect my eBike against theft?

The ConnectModule detects whether your eBike is being moved without permission. In the event of an attempted theft, it reacts immediately with alarm sounds and light signals, notifies you via the eBike Flow app and automatically launches GPS tracking. You can track the location of your eBike live in the eBike Flow app. The ConnectModule (BCM3101) also uses Bluetooth® Low Energy in addition to GPS and sends a signal with a unique Bluetooth identifier (Bluetooth® ID). The closer you are to your eBike, the stronger the signal becomes – so you can locate it to within a few metres using the tracker app.

How does the ConnectModule differ from conventional GPS trackers?

The ConnectModule is deeply integrated into the smart system and provides additional protection: if the ConnectModule is removed, the motor support remains disabled and the battery is locked.
The ConnectModule (BCM3101) can locate your eBike even more precisely - thanks to a combination of GPS and Bluetooth® Low Energy. This means that you can find your eBike even in basements or back gardens.

A paid Flow+ subscription is required in order to use all features. If you already have the ConnectModule, you can try Flow+ for free for 12 months. The subscription is then automatically renewed unless you cancel it.
