The technology behind it
The ConnectModule is a small component that is permanently installed on the eBike. Thanks to its own battery, GPS, mobile radio, and motion sensors, it will ensure that your eBike is always online and able to be located. This provides the technical foundation for complete digital theft protection and for displaying the current charge level of your eBike battery.⁵

In the eBike Flow app, you can check whether your eBike is already equipped with a ConnectModule. If it's installed, you can also use Flow+ to access the premium services that require a ConnectModule.

Yes. Once the free trial or usage period has expired, Flow+ will automatically renew as a monthly or annual subscription unless you cancel. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the selected billing period.

Flow+ is linked to your eBike Flow app account. You can manage up to six eBikes in your account and use the available premium services with each one. The services available depend on the equipment of the specific eBike.

Flow+ is a paid service. When using Flow+, the General Terms and Conditions apply.
BackThe Flow+ subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the subscription period you have selected. The Flow+ monthly subscription continues indefinitely after the first month and can be canceled at any time with one month's notice.
