Temperature of ConnectModule battery is too high.
Due to the increased temperature, the functionality is restricted and can lead to the ConnectModule being switched off.
Solution steps
- Put your eBike in a colder place and let it cool down for at least 15 minutes. Avoid direct sunlight here.
- Then restart your eBike.
- If the problem persists, please contact your specialist dealer.
