No elevation was recorded for my activity. What could be the reason for this?
In order for the elevation, max. elevation and ascent values to be displayed on the ride screen during the ride, and for the elevation to be correctly recorded in the statistics after the ride, an active connection between your eBike and the eBike Flow app is necessary while riding. The eBike Flow app must at least be open in the background during activities.
iOS: Please also ensure that:
- The authorization for location detection is set to "Always".
Android: Please also ensure that:
- Battery optimization is disabled for the eBike Flow app.
- The authorization for location detection is set to "Always allow".
