What do I have to bear in mind when I change my phone?

  1. Install the eBike Flow app on your new phone and log in with your existing account.
  2. Connect your eBike with the eBike Flow app.

In the event of connection problems:
If you have used a migration support for the data transfer to your new phone and/or have problems connecting to your eBike, please proceed as follows on your new phone.

  1. Uninstall the eBike Flow app.
  2. Remove the smart system eBike from the list of Bluetooth components in the Bluetooth settings of your phone.
  3. Install the eBike Flow app and log in with your existing account.
  4. Connect your eBike with the eBike Flow app.

Please note: Your old phone can unlock your eBike and disable eBike Alarm as long as you are logged in with your account on your old phone. We therefore recommend that you remove the eBike from your old phone.
