Why is my Intuvia 100 not found when pairing?

  • Make sure the button cell is not empty.
  • Make sure your eBike, Intuvia 100 and smartphone are nearby and turned on.
  • Make sure your eBike is connected to the eBike Flow app.
  • Make sure your Intuvia 100 is in pairing mode.
  • Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the back until "Pairing Mode" is visible and release the button. Complete the pairing process in the app within 30 seconds.
