My eBike Flow app no longer automatically connects to my eBike – what should I do?
We recommend that you try pairing the eBike Flow app and eBike again.
Carry out the following steps to do so:
- Remove your eBike from the list of paired Bluetooth devices (can be found in the Bluetooth settings of your phone).
- Uninstall the eBike Flow app from your phone
- Restart your phone.
- Install the eBike Flow app again.
- Reconnect the eBike Flow app to your eBike.
Your data saved in the eBike Flow app is retained when you uninstall it.
