Why is my Mini Remote not found during pairing?

• Make sure the button cell is not empty.
• Make sure your eBike, Mini Remote and smartphone are nearby and turned on.
• Make sure your eBike is connected to the eBike Flow app.
• Make sure your Mini Remote is inpairing mode.
• If the Mini Remote is already connected to one eBike but you want to connect it to another eBike, remove the battery, wait 20 seconds and then insert it again.
• After inserting the battery, immediately press the minus button for about 5 seconds.
• The LED on the Mini Remote will flash blue and the Mini Remote will be in pairing mode for 30 seconds. Complete the pairing process in the app within this time of 30 seconds.
