My eBike Flow app no longer automatically connects to my eBike – what can I do?
We recommend that you carry out pairing again.
Carry out the following steps to do so:
- Remove your eBike from the Bluetooth settings.
- Uninstall the eBike Flow app from your smartphone
- Restart your smartphone.
- Install the eBike Flow app again.
- Reconnect the eBike Flow app to your eBike.
