The internal real-time clock of the control unit has been reset.
This indicates that a reset (on/off switch pressed for longer than eight seconds) has been carried out, or the internal battery has been removed or is discharged.
Solution steps
Charge the internal battery of the control unit for at least 30 minutes. To do so, connect your eBike either to the charger or to an external power bank. The internal battery is also charged automatically during the journey – take it for a spin. If the problem persists, please contact your specialist dealer.
