I have a new smartphone. Can I use it to unlock my eBike and deactivate eBike Alarm?

Yes, because your digital key is linked to your account.

To avoid problems, we recommend that you first follow these steps on your old smartphone:

  1. Deactivate eBike Alarm under  > My eBike > eBike Lock & Alarm
  2. Remove your eBike in the eBike Flow app under  > My eBike > Reset and remove
  3. Remove your eBike from the list of paired Bluetooth devices (found in your smartphone's Bluetooth settings)

Then install the eBike Flow app on your new smartphone and log in with your existing credentials. Before connecting the Flow app to your eBike, check that there are no other eBike of the smart system in the list of paired Bluetooth devices of your new smartphone.
