Subscribe to Flow+ and get access to the eBike Alarm premium service. Combine both. As soon as you switch off your eBike, eBike Alarm will activate automatically, giving your eBike better protection against theft.
If it gets stolen, a theft report can be automatically created with all relevant information about the incident and details of the eBike.

Valuable location and status information
Park your eBike with ease of mind: The eBike Flow app shows you your eBike's location as well as its security status – i.e. whether eBike Alarm and eBike Lock are active. This means you don't have to worry about protecting your eBike and finding it again.
Two-stage alarm
Your eBike emits an acoustic and visual alarm if someone tries to tamper with it without a valid digital key. In addition, a smart motion detector means it can tell whether your eBike is moved a little or a lot. As well as emitting an acoustic alarm, it sends a notification to your smartphone if strong movements are detected. You will only be informed in relevant situations. This way you don't worry unnecessarily, but in the event of an emergency you can call the police.
Helpful tracking
Track the location of your eBike on your smartphone. If your eBike is stolen and the eBike Alarm function sends you a notification, tracking will start automatically. The eBike Flow app lets you see the location of your eBike so you can pass it on to the police.
eBike pass and theft report
The eBike pass provides you with an overview of important information about your eBike. Data about your eBike, such as the model and installed components, is stored here. You can also add additional details manually, including your eBike's frame number, documents and special features.
This not only helps your dealer with questions about your eBike, but is also useful if it is stolen or you sell it, because all the important information is immediately at hand.
In the event of theft, a document containing all the important information about the incident and details about your eBike can be created. This theft report uses the entered data from the eBike pass function. With eBike Alarm, you can also add the last location or a live tracking link.

eBike Alarm is the first Flow+ premium service. Get a 12-month** free trial from the time it is activated in the eBike Flow app*. After that, the Flow+ subscription will renew automatically for the duration of the selected payment interval (monthly or annual). *The eBike Flow app can be downloaded from the relevant app store at no additional cost. The eBike Flow app can only be used after prior registration and conclusion of a separate user agreement with Robert Bosch GmbH, Bosch eBike Systems.

Necessary ConnectModule
Have the ConnectModule installed by a eBike dealer. The fee-based component is installed concealed on the eBike by a eBike dealer and contains a radio and GNSS module, a separate battery and various sensors. You can use eBike Alarm after installing this component and subscribing to Flow+*.

Step 1
If not already available and technically possible, have the ConnectModule installed on your eBike by an eBike dealer .
Step 2
Install the eBike Flow app on your smartphone from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store and subscribe to Flow+.
Step 3
You now have access to the eBike Alarm premium service. Activate it and eBike Lock via the eBike Flow app*. Done.
