Why is a digital service book for my eBike only created and maintained by my bicycle retailer at my request?

The protection of your privacy in the processing of personal data and the security of information is an important concern that we take into account in our business processes. We process personal data collected and processed in connection with the use of our services and only in accordance with the legal regulations.

The collection and entry of information in the digital service book will only take place upon the conclusion of a service contract between you and Bosch eBike Systems. The service is free of charge for you, but only provided at your request.
