Requirements

• The ConnectModule can only be used in conjunction with the eBike Alarm service in the eBike Flow app. eBike Alarm is part of the Flow+ subscription model and is subject to a charge after a 12-month test phase (in-app purchase).
• The ConnectModule can only be used with a smart system eBike.
• To work well, the ConnectModule must have both GPS reception and a mobile connection.
• To be able to send alarm notifications and location updates, the ConnectModule needs a connection to the internet via mobile communications. If your eBike is moved a lot but the ConnectModule cannot connect to the Internet, it will try to connect until reception is available again.
• An Internet connection is required to activate and deactivate eBike Alarm in the eBike Flow app. Once the eBike alarm is set up, the function is always automatically activated as soon as you switch off your eBike. No internet connection is necessary for this.
