I've lost my Kiox 300/Kiox 500 display. I used it to unlock my eBike. What should I do?

You can continue to use your eBike as normal with the eBike Flow app.

You can also invalidate the lost Kiox 300/Kiox 500, so that it can no longer unlock your eBike:

• First pair the eBike Flow app with your eBike as usual. Make sure that your smartphone is connected to the internet.
• In  Settings > My eBike > eBike Lock & Alarm > Keychain, you'll find Reset key. Tap on this to invalidate all keys.
• You will then be prompted to select a new key, for example your smartphone.
