I have connected my heart rate monitor, but no value is displayed on my Kiox 300 or Kiox 500. What do I need to do?

Add the Heart Rate tile using the eBike Flow app.

To do this, open the eBike Flow app, go to Settings > My eBike > Display configuration, and add Heart Rate as a new screen (Add new screen) or replace an existing tile.
