My eBike Connect app no longer automatically connects to my eBike – what can I do?
We recommend that you carry out pairing again.
Carry out the following steps to do so:
- Remove your Kiox or Nyon computer from the Bluetooth settings.
- Uninstall the eBike Connect app from your smartphone
- Restart your smartphone.
- Reset your Kiox or Nyon computer to the factory settings.
- Reinstall the eBike Connect app.
- Reconnect the eBike Connect app to your eBike.
