I have taken out a Flow+ subscription. How can I cancel the subscription?

Flow+ is free of charge for 12 months from the time of activation in the eBike Flow app. 24 hours before the end of this trial period, the Flow+ subscription is automatically renewed for the duration of the selected payment interval (monthly or annual) at a charge. The 14-day right of withdrawal falls within the free trial period: You can therefore test Flow+ for one year.
What if you still want to cancel your Flow+ subscription? Go to the settings of the eBike Flow app and select My Flow+. You will then be automatically redirected to the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store and can cancel the subscription there.
