I want to cancel my Flow+ subscription, but I no longer have the Flow app. What do I do?

On an iPhone, go to Settings and tap on your name at the top, which is linked to your Apple ID. In the following view, tap on the menu items "Media & Purchases" > "View Account" > "Subscriptions" > "Flow+".

For Android devices, open the Google Play Store app and tap the profile icon in the top right corner. In the following view, tap on the menu items "Payments & Subscriptions" > "Subscriptions" > "Flow+".

If you cancel your Flow+ subscription, you can continue to use it for the period you have already paid for. For example, if you take out an annual subscription on January 1 and cancel it on July 1, you can still use the subscription until December 31.
