How do I see on Kiox 300/Kiox 500 if my smart system has lost its connection to the app?
If your smartphone loses its connection to the smart system, you will see a notification on your Kiox 300/Kiox 500. In addition, you will find the information about this in the status screen symbolized by an icon. This information is important especially during activity tracking - the ride data will be recorded without gaps only if there is a stable connection between the eBike and the eBike Flow app.
If there is a Bluetooth connection, this is indicated in the status screen in the form of a white smartphone icon.
