The status of eBike Lock & Alarm is not available in the eBike Flow app. What can I do?
If the status of eBike Lock and eBike Alarm is not available in the header of the eBike Flow app, make sure that:

eBike Lock & Alarm is enabled in **
Settings > eBike settings > Lock & Alarm**.

You are within your 12-month free plan period or have an active premium subscription

Your eBike is parked where both GPS and LTE reception is available
If the problem persists, please contact your bicycle retailer.
