How do I change the unit format (e.g. from km/h to mph) in the eBike Flow app?

The unit format depends on the smartphone language settings and region:

• For iOS devices, the units are set according to the "Region" setting. The language has no effect on the units.
  For example: language English (USA) and region Germany = units according to the selected region: km/h
• On some Android smartphones, this setting does not work. The unit format in these exceptional cases depends on the selected "Language (Region)" setting. For example, if you select the region Germany, but the language English (USA), then the speed will be displayed in miles per hour (mph) instead of kilometers per hour (km/h). The combination of English language and km/h is only possible on certain devices with the language settings English (Australia) and English (India), regardless of the selected region.
