Solution steps
Check that nothing has been manipulated on your eBike. Check that the magnets are positioned correctly, and adjust these if necessary. Once any manipulation has been rectified, restore the full motor support by a 90-minute journey in limp-home mode. After the third recovery, limp-home mode can continue to be suspended only by your specialist dealer.
