My Intuvia/Intuvia 100 display is fogged up. What can I do?

This problem occurs especially "between the seasons", i.e., in spring and fall, when damp, cold air enters the unit and heats up there.
The plastic of the housing can absorb up to 10% moisture. Temperature fluctuations, from the cool hours of the morning to intense midday sun, for example, can cause the display to fog up from the inside.

To remedy this, you should store the fogged display in a warm room, and let it dry there. This may take several days.

To prevent the display from fogging up, pay attention to the following:

• Store the display in a warm place.
• Do not leave the display on the eBike in heavy rain.
• If necessary, use a rain cover.
