My Kiox 300/Kiox 500 won't turn on. What can I do?

Please check whether the eBike is charged and the eBike system is turned on and whether the Kiox 300/Kiox 500 is correctly seated on the display holder. Otherwise, please contact your  Bosch eBike specialist dealer.
