An error has occurred when connecting your smartphone with your eBike. Restart the connection process.
Solution steps
Please log in to the app again and connect your smartphone. If the problem persists:
- Reinstall the app and then start your eBike.
- Then connect your smartphone with your eBike.
Information on the minimum requirements of the app:
- Bluetooth: BLE 5.0 or higher
- Apple iPhone: Apple iPhone 7 and newer with iOS 15.0 and newer
- Android: Version 8.0/Oreo and newer
