Requirements

The following requirements have to be met if you want to customize the display:

• Your eBike is equipped with a Kiox 300 or a Kiox 500 display.
• Your eBike has the latest system software. Instructions on how to update the software over-the-air can be found here.
• Your eBike Flow app is up to date.
• Your eBike with the Kiox 300 or Kiox 500 inserted is switched on and connected to the eBike Flow app.

If all the requirements are met, you can start customizing your display using the eBike Flow app under  Settings > My eBike > Display configuration.
