If I sell my eBike, will the Digital Service Book be transferred to the buyer?

Yes, the data in the Digital Service Book is assigned to your eBike. We are working on making the Digital Service Book available to you in the Flow app as well. You can then decide for yourself via the Flow app what should happen when you reset the ownership profile. However, the option of having the data deleted from the Digital Service Book is already available today.
