Why is my device not found when pairing?

  • Make sure the eBike Flow app and the system software of your eBike are up to date. If necessary, perform a software update.
  • Make sure your eBike, Bluetooth device, and phone are nearby and switched on.
  • If you want to connect a heart rate monitor, it must work with the Bluetooth SIG standard and have the heart rate profile.
  • Make sure your Bluetooth device is in pairing mode. You can find instructions in the manufacturer's manual.

After successful pairing, your device will be displayed as another connected Bluetooth component in the eBike Flow app under  Settings > My eBike > eBike pass > Components.
