I want to cancel my Flow+ subscription. What do I do?

You can cancel your Flow+ subscription at any time before it is automatically renewed 24 hours before the end of the payment period. If canceled, it will remain active until the end of the current payment period.

To cancel your Flow+ subscription, select "Flow+" in the Settings of the eBike Flow app. You will then be automatically redirected to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. There you can see all the details of your Flow+ subscription and cancel it.

If you cancel your Flow+ subscription, you can continue to use it for the period you have already paid for. For example, if you take out an annual subscription on January 1 and cancel it on July 1, you can still use the subscription until December 31.
