My eBike was stolen. What should I do now?

If your eBike has been stolen, it is strongly advised by the police to call them right away. The first few hours are crucial when it comes to recovering your eBike.

If your eBike is equipped with the ConnectModule and if the feature eBike Alarm is activated:

• Upon receiving the alarm notification, eBike Flow app is switched to Tracking mode. Now you can locate your eBike and track it over time.

• The ConnectModule will be able to provide position updates for up to eight days.

• The frequency of the location updates are designed to provide the latest possible position, while also preserving battery. ConnectModule uses its movement detection capabilities to decide whether the eBike's position has been changed or not. It will provide a location update only when the position is changed.
