The status of eBike Lock & Alarm is not available in the eBike Flow app. What can I do?
If the status of eBike Lock and eBike Alarm is not available in the header of the eBike Flow app, make sure that:
eBike Lock & Alarm is enabled in ** Settings > eBike settings > Lock & Alarm**.
you have an active Flow+ subscription or an active eBike Alarm activation
Your eBike is parked where both GPS and LTE reception is available
If the problem persists, please contact your bicycle retailer.
