Why does the software update take so long?

The update time depends mainly on the quality of the Bluetooth connection between smartphone and eBike as the transfer of the update is the longest part.

• Please make sure, that both devices are close together to ensure a smooth update process. We also recommend clearing unnecessary connections to other devices on your smartphone.
• Please allow for at least 20-30 minutes for slow Bluetooth connections. If already the download before the actual transfer to the bike is stuck, make sure you have a working internet connection.
