What do I need to consider regarding the Lock feature when changing my smartphone?
- Install the eBike Connect app on your new smartphone.
- Log in with your existing account.
- Connect your smartphone to your on-board computer using Bluetooth. The message "Lock function activated No motor support until lock function has been deactivated" appears. Your account is the key to the Lock function, so you can confirm the message with "OK."
- The Lock function is then automatically re-established. The app indicates that the function is switched on.
