How can I customize my home or work address?

eBike Connect portal:

1. Go to the  online portal
2. Click on Route Planning > Build Route.
3. Scroll down to  Home or  Work
4. Click on the pen, enter your address and click on Save

If you want to change your address, you can also do this as described above.

eBike Connect app:

Enter address for the first time

1. Tap  Map
2. Tap Home/Work
3. Enter the address next to

If you wish to change your home or work address, please use the online portal as described above.
