Why can't I see my recently planned and saved komoot ride in the COBI.Bike app?

When planning a ride, it is important to define it as a "bike" ride (e.g., mountain bike or racing bike). Also, the region in which the ride is to take place must be unlocked in komoot. Otherwise komoot will not transfer the ride to the COBI.Bike app.
