I am having trouble synchronizing my eBike rides between Nyon and eBike Connect. What can I do?
- Take your Nyon off your eBike when you finish your ride.
- However, please leave it switched on and still connected to your smartphone via Bluetooth, or make sure that Nyon is connected to a Wi-Fi network.
- Wait until Nyon switches off automatically. After just a few minutes, you can see and track your activity in your user profile in the online portal or in the eBike Connect smartphone app.
Important: If your eBike ride is not yet visible in the app or in the online portal, please repeat steps 2 and 3.
